With the opening of the House of the Halubje Bell Ringers, a need arose to gather various summer programs under a single name, to make them easier to present to the public. This led to the creation of the Viškovo Cultural Summer Rhythm or Vikler, the name under which all summer programs organized by the Viškovo Tourist Board and the House would take place. Given the size and population of Viškovo, our goal is for Vikler to grow in the coming years. We hope it would include many other organizers and their programs, so that both residents and visitors can have the most engaging and entertaining summer possible.
